Grown in the remote mountains of China's Fujian province, this white tea provides a clean canvas to add distinct flavors. Strawberries enhance the natural sweetness of this full leaf and bud tea, which serves as a delightful drink, both hot or iced.
Brewing: Bring water to under a boil (185°F / 85°C). Pour over 1 heaping teaspoon of tea leaves per cup. Steep 3-6 minutes. strain and enjoy!
For iced tea, use 1 level tablespoon of tea leaves.
