With a hint of spice and essence of pear, this balanced white tea blend from the hills of China is completely intoxicating. The aromatic brew is full-bodied, flavorful and just the trick to make the day's harsh edges disappear.
Brewing: Bring water to under a boil (185°F / 85°C). Pour over 1 heaping teaspoon of tea leaves per cup. Steep 3-6 minutes then strain and watch your cares melt away.
For iced tea, use 1 level tablespoon of tea leaves.
