They say if it's not broke, don't fix it, but this green tea take on Earl Grey is truly extraordinary (thanks to aromatic bergamot, lemon peel, cornflower blossoms and safflower petals). Fresh, light and with just the right amount of sass, this blend should a be a staple in your tea stash.
Brewing: Brewing: Bring water to under a boil (175°F / 80°C). Pour over 1 heaping teaspoon of tea leaves per cup. Steep 1-3 minutes, strain and get ready to tell your old Earl Grey goodbye.
