Breathe in, breathe out...take a sip. This spicy tisane of cinnamon, ginger, cardamom seed, clove buds and black pepper enlivens the senses while also grounding expectations to help appreciate the present moment.
Brewing: Bring water to a boil (212°F / 100°C). Pour over 1 heaping teaspoon of tea leaves per cup. Steep 4-6 minutes, strain and sip mindfully.
For iced tea, use 1 level tablespoon of tea leaves.
